Note: i want this to be a real post, like one which i try to write well, with proper grammar and capital letters and everything. i want it to be the sort of thing i could try to submit to a magazine somewhere. Prior to that, though, i just need to take a moment and pause to thank and praise God!! (for all!!) for this moment specifically. i'm sitting in my back yard, freshly mown with the assistance of a neighbor, listening to Pandora and blogging, free because of my new four day work week scheme (though i did work this morning), with my seedlings trying hard to become vegetables in my first containers garden, my grapevine cavorting wildly across the dog's run (which we abandoned to it this year- the dog is too spoiled to stay outside alone anyway), a soft breeze blowing, a comfortable (and over the top) fuzzy heart blanket beneath me, and mom, sitting comfortably in a lawn chair with her word find book beside me, looking for all the world like a patio princess. Thank You God so much!! You are so good!! Praise You!! Amen. :).
i think actually i'll let this post stand on it's own. i'm too happy to sully the picture with serious- that will be the next post. :).
